  • Month on one page, one year on one page, and N-weeks on one page formats (12 weeks on a page, 52 weeks on 1 page, up to 104 weeks on a single page!)
  • Start calendar on almost any day
  • Specify what day should be in leftmost column (i.e. week starts with Sunday, or starts with Monday European style)
  • Optional title display
  • Display days with or without borders
  • Custom color and font size of day numbers
  • Custom line width
  • Custom shading display with custom shading color
  • Letter / A size, legal, tabloid / B size, C size, D size, E size, A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, and A7 page sizes

When instructing patients to monitor their health, this tool becomes especially useful.  Print this simple, 1-page diary and increase the chance of a complete HPI on f/u.
